Jennifer has more than twenty years of experience in early childhood education as a preschool teacher, center director, instructor, and consultant. Jennifer was a center director for five years in the for-profit child care industry. She is currently an instructor in early childhood education at El Camino College. Jennifer serves as campus liaison for El Camino College for Beach Cities Association for the Education of Young Children and as an Accreditation Assessor for NAEYC. Jennifer has a master’s degree in Child and Family Studies from California State University, Long Beach. Her expertise is in diversity, multicultural, and anti-bias curriculum.

Bianca Rodriguez
Bianca L. Rodriguez graduated from Teachers College at Columbia University with a Masters ofArts and a Masters in Education in the field of counseling psychology. Bianca is a licensed marriage and gamily therapist specializing in treating children and adults with a history of trauma and relationship difficulties.
In addition, Bianca has worked in the non-profit mental health field for almost ten years serving as a therapist, program director and overseer of the implementation of Evidenced Based Practices across three clinics in Los Angeles County. Bianca has always been passionate about personal growth and leadership and in 2000 was hired as a head trainer at a large retail firm to train their staff in leadership techniques. Since then, Bianca has collaborated with many organizations offering leadership seminars and training.
